Every install becomes a review.

The install completes, the request goes out, and the review comes back to one inbox already linked to the job that earned it. Replies are drafted for you and posted only after a person approves them. No gating, no steering, no scraping.

Crew showed up when they said they would, the new windows look fantastic, and they left the place cleaner than they found it. Would hire again.

Thank you, Dana. Mike and the crew take a lot of pride in leaving a home the way they found it, and we are glad the new windows are already earning their keep. Enjoy the quiet.

From finished install to posted review

The best time to ask is the day the crew leaves. The request is ready before anyone has to remember to send it.

01

The install completes

Install completion is the trigger. A review request is drafted against that specific project: the customer, the destination, the channel, the schedule and the copy.

02

A person approves the request

Nothing goes out on its own. Someone on your team reviews the draft and explicitly approves it, or changes the channel and the wording first.

03

Sent the way the homeowner prefers

Email, SMS, a QR code the crew leaves behind, an NFC tap card, or a prompt inside the homeowner portal. Every customer gets the same public link.

04

The review lands, already linked

When the review posts, it shows up in your inbox with a rating, sentiment, urgency and the matching project attached, so you know exactly which job earned it.

Your reputation, run from one place

One inbox across every source

Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, Yelp and WindowEdge’s own review wall. Each review carries a rating, sentiment, urgency and the matching project.

An AI-drafted reply you approve

The owner reply is drafted for you, in your voice, referencing the job. A person edits it and explicitly approves it before anything posts. There is no auto-reply.

Requests grounded in a real project

Every request is tied to a completed project. Customer, destination, channel, schedule and copy are set per request, and approval is explicit.

Sent five ways

Email, SMS, QR code, NFC tap card or the homeowner portal. Pick the channel that fits the homeowner, not the one that fits the software.

A public review wall per dealer

Your own review wall, under your brand, collecting the reviews you have earned. Featured reviews can carry a "See this project" link to the Project Map story behind them.

Analytics that point at the work

Rating distribution, response rate, request conversion, source mix and the share of reviews linked to Project Map proof. Numbers that trace back to installs.

Six tabs. Nothing hiding in a spreadsheet.

The Reputation Center is laid out the way the work happens: see where you stand, answer what came in, send what is due, prepare what is worth sharing, manage the sources, and read the numbers.

  • Every review linked to the project that earned it
  • Requests that exist only because an install completed
  • Approval on every reply and every request, by a person
  • A public review wall with "See this project" links to Project Map stories

Reviews you can stand behind

A reputation built on shortcuts is a liability. These rules are built in, not bolted on.

No gating, no steering

Every customer gets the same public link. Unhappy homeowners are never routed to a private form while happy ones are sent to Google.

No unattended posting

Replies and requests are drafted, then edited and explicitly approved by a person. Nothing goes public on a timer.

No scraping

Sources connect by OAuth or API key, or import by feed or CSV. WindowEdge never scrapes a review site.

Numbers that trace back to installs

Because every review is linked to a project, the analytics are about your work, not just your listing. See which channel of request actually converts, how quickly your team replies, and how much of your reputation is backed by Before and After proof on the Project Map.

Featured reviews on your public review wall can carry a "See this project" link straight to the story behind them.

Questions dealers ask

What triggers a review request?

Install completion. When a project finishes, a request is drafted against that project with the customer, destination, channel, schedule and copy filled in. A person approves it before it is sent.

Does the AI post replies on its own?

No. The owner reply is drafted for you, but a person edits it and explicitly approves it before anything posts. Nothing goes public without that approval.

Do you gate reviews or route unhappy customers somewhere private?

No. There is no review gating and no sentiment steering. Every customer gets the same public link. Unhappy customers are worth hearing from, and gating puts your listings at risk.

Which review sources connect?

Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram connect by OAuth. Yelp connects by API key. Reviews from GuildQuality, Podium, Birdeye, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz, BBB and others come in by feed or CSV import. WindowEdge never scrapes.

How do requests reach the homeowner?

By email, SMS, a QR code, an NFC tap card or a prompt inside the homeowner portal. The channel is chosen per request.

What does the review wall show?

A public wall of your reviews under your brand. Featured reviews can include a "See this project" link that opens the matching Project Map story with its Before and After photos.
